Return Process

Need to return an item?

Please contact us at contact@edynrow.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate your return.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, we'll send you detailed return instructions.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as customers remain responsible for parcels until received at our facility.

No restocking fees apply. Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved at the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned package, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected at our facility. You will be notified once your refund has been processed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon reception at contact@edynrow.com. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

For defective or incorrect items, you will receive a full refund — no return shipping required. We will confirm the issue and process your refund promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
